SHIPPING

Express (1-2 working days) - £3.95
Standard (3-4 working days) - £3.50 or FREE for orders over £60

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, though in rare instances this may take a little longer. The moment your piece is on its way, you will receive a personalised confirmation email with the shipping details

We currently ship exclusively within the UK; however, we will review demand and may extend our service to select international destinations in the future.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS

If you change your mind, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons).

All items should be sent back in their original packaging and should not have been worn.

We process all returns within 2 working days of receiving them back into our shop, and any funds will be returned to your account. These are usually visible within a few days, however, on occasions can take up to 10 working days from that point. We’ll email you to confirm once we’ve safely received your item(s) and started processing your refund.

If your order included a free gift or discount as part of a promotion and you choose to return only part of your order, the value of the free item or discount will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we may ask that the free gift be returned with your items. This ensures the promotion remains fair for all of our customers.
